I o linc s output relay wires to your garage door motor just like your existing button allowing you to remotely operate your garage. Only problem is that you have to press the switch up and down on insteon to get the garage door to close or open. Simply mount the included magnets and sensors around your garage door frame wire the i o linc into your garage door motor and link your controller such as a keypadlinc or remotelinc. Motor wire multi function wired remotes if your garage door system uses a multi function wired remote contact your manufacturer about using a dry contact switch.
